Aaaanyways, Recently I've discovered how much better I feel when I keep my every-day diet as clean and regular as possible. I wasn't raised on fresh foods, or with the most nutritious snacks. So, I'm slowly learning on my own, and from others, great ways to keep myself on track in my diet and exercise! Exercise and Working out is a different story though...that is something I really need to work on making consistent.
I enjoy finding other fitness and health blogs with explanatory and informational posts! Don't get me wrong, I love photography and scrolling through creative pictures of delicious things and beautiful people, but that's not all I like to see! Pictures of food, thin people, and people looking like their working out don't give me the learning, recipes, or advice I need!
This blog will have pictures every so often of my own food that I cook up, and also other photo's and links to healthy food, recipes, or workout posts that I come across on this website :)
